We've replaced over 200,000 wing mirrors since 2008 — from a single Aston workshop to the UK's largest independent specialist for replacement glass and complete mirror units.

Where it started

From one workshop in Aston to 19,000 SKUs

OEM Quality Wing Mirrors began in a railway-arch workshop in Aston, Birmingham in 2008, set up by Sam Patel after a year of failing to find a properly-fitting replacement for a courtesy van he was running. The first month's stock was 40 boxes of glass for the original Ford Transit. The second month was 80.

Eighteen years later we're the country's largest independent specialist for replacement wing mirror glass and complete units — 19,000 SKUs in stock, dispatched same day from our 14,000 sq ft warehouse just down the road from where it all started. We supply trade body shops, fleet operators and DIY drivers in roughly equal measure.

What hasn't changed: every part is sourced to OEM specification, we'd rather not list a SKU than list one we wouldn't fit ourselves, and the phones still get answered by people who can talk you through the job.

We source from the same tier-one suppliers the vehicle manufacturers use. No grey imports, no thinned glass, no soft-feel plastic that fades after one summer.

Fits first time

Our vehicle finder is built on a 19,000-row fitment database that's audited every quarter. If a part is listed against your reg, it fits — or your return is on us.

Same-day despatch

Order by 4pm Monday to Friday and your mirror leaves the warehouse the same day on a tracked next-day courier. Late orders go on the next morning's first van.
